    You broke the chain... after Nürnberg (Germany) it should be a city starting with g. Naples doesn't start with G. So here's my contribution:

    Gondomar (Portugal)

    Side note: In the 1995 legislatives for Prime Minister, António Guterres (Socialist Party) was running against Fernando Nogueira (Democratic Party). Valentim Loureiro made a speech on behalf of Nogueira in Gondomar. He ended his speech by saying: "One of the first oficial visits he (Nogueira) will do as Prime Minister will be here in Gondomar. So let's all shout: Guterres... Gondomar! Gondomar! Gondomar!"

    Last valid city was "Indianapolis", so next city must start with an S. The A from "USA" doesn't count as the last letter, because USA is the country where Indianapolis is located, otherwise every city in the USA would end with A...
