I love Windows 8.1 but it sucks when I cannot download or update apps from the Windows Store using my tethered mobile connection (unlimited data) while I can download apps just fine on Android and iOS. Yes I'm talking about the dreaded 0x8020002e error. Updating used to work on my old connection and I cannot switch back at the moment. I'm assuming an IP change will fix it. Anybody know a way to change it for Windows Store usage? Anybody else know of a way to get rid of that annoying 0x8020002e error? The "Set as metered connection" is already off so that cannot be it. WSReset doesn't work and those troubleshooting wizards didn't help either. Thanks!
