I am not looking for a modded bios, I just want to know what the fan profiles are for this laptops bios. It constantly ramps up and down, and happens for all XPS. So I am looking to find out what the triggers are for fan speed, such as temperatures. I can then use this as evidence when going back to Dell and requesting them to resolve the issue. So for example 40-50C = 50% speed 51-60C = 75% speed And so on and so forth. I am unable to link to the bios due to post count, however I would be very happy if someone could assist me with this.
