Computer was working fine until niece went into Bios Setup and inadvertently entered a password. At least that's what I gather from her. Now it boots up asking for Password. Not Windows PW. Bios PW. I tried backdoor password phoenix, PHOENIX, bios, BIOS, toshiba, Toshiba and that does not work. I downloaded PC CMOS CLEANER and have it on CD but I cant enter Setup or change boot sequence cause Enter PW prompt comes first. I also took out battery for 3 hrs and that didnt work either. I dont know that there is a Bios Battery in this particular laptop and am not sure how to find it if it does. Can somebody point me in the right direction?
