Need help with emulation project

I'm looking for some help on how to emulate an ACPI table called OSFR. Like SLIC this table is required by Windows Vista to activate Digital Cable Tuners. I'm looking for the folks that developed VistaLoader or WOW to add support for this table. I have a bunch of samples of OSFR tables from different OEM's. This would allow you to not be locked into OEM equipment for an HTPC with digital cable tuners.

Is it possible to modify the VistaLoader to support OSFR? Is there a .bin that I can modify that VistaLoader uses?

I have a pretty good understanding of OSFR tables and we have been working on it at the forums of thegreenbutton.com. This would be a huge success for the members over there.

I also have a document from Microsoft that explains the OSFR table in great detail of how it should be laid out. If anyone is interested in helping in any way I would greatly appreciate it.
