hie im new to this BIOS flashing thing so be patient with me i need step by step help here My laptop Acer Travelmate 5742 (i3) just stopped working all it does now is it switches on displays acer logo and after that its just a black screen with a solid cursor thats all nothing happens from here but if i press f2 i can get into the bios and noticed that it does not show the product name,serial and uuid please help dont know what to do
