I am not using Arcsoft so I don't know it but what does it show you when you go to all programs and enter the software? Also is there an additional software needed to support it?
last time i installed dont rememher software name download from hp drive site and it was showing on my computer and working perfect
Ok...Everything is the same, including driver, except you haven't located the software you used for webcam? or did you do microsoft updates? Also is this you? Press FN + F9 on your keyboard (the F9 key looks like a little camera) to turn it on.
