That post was about every Win 7 MSDN ISO, HomeBasic ISO, HomePremium ISO, Pro ISO or Ultimate ISO contains all sku's, the only difference is the ei.cfg file in every single iso.
follow steps 1. Download X17-59465 iso file (untouched - Windows 7 Ultimate ) 2. Download Rufus and Create a bootable usb drive 3. After completed to write then edit ei.cfg file -> ei.cfg file - content like : [EditionID] Ultimate [Channel] Retail [VL] 0 4. Replace Ultimate to HomeBasic 5. Have fun
