Are you for real? Is this thread a windup? PowerISO? Wtf??? The files I linked you too are floppy images already. Why would you want it to be bootable? Unmodified Windows 3.1x was never bootable. Boot from a virtal hard disk with MSDos. Insert virtal floppy into virtal floppy drive and run setup.exe Please give up and take up stamp collecting. Its much easier.
