    Control Panel>Programs

Under Programs and Features click "Turn Windows features on or off"

Check the box for .Net 3.5 and let it do it's thing

Run the installer from here and it'll finally work. I think a recent Windows update disables it for some reason

I'm online the whole time! So, that couldn't be the problem! Anyway it works online via MS Download and that's all I need.

I use Moborobo and PaintNet and both need .net 2.0/3.5!

After reading your post I removed the netfx3 again using
    Code:
    dism /online /disable-feature /featurename:netfx3 /remove
and then disabled network adapter of virtual m/c and tried again, worked fine

The antivirus that I use is Avira. I think the problem is not this. I guess because my Windows received some Language Pack, such as Microsoft's own site mentions.

Does not work, always appears the error 0x800F0906. I have no way use the "Group Policy" because my Windows is the Core version and not the Pro version.

I'll try to install the Language Pack and translate Windows into English and then try.

Same here, not working on 8.1, I had to use "Turn Windows features on or off".

I installed Windows 8 Pro (ISO equal to the MSDN conferred by hash "SHA-1") in the VMware. The language of the Windows 8 ISO file I used is Portuguese of Brazil.

The installation of. NET Framework 3.5 functioned without problems.

Did I can not seem install in the notebook because he has installed the Windows 8 Core? Or because he is Single Language?

guys i made it!!!this is what i did!press windows+r write lpksetup and unistall any language pack you have installed and leave only the system language..after reboot go to control panel language advanced settings and as display and overide language select english us.then go to region on control panel on formats tab you must have match windows display language,on location tab you must have united states and then on administrative you select english united states as the system locale and on copy settings you tick the two boxes!!remember it needs many restarts :( then after all you run from @nabakumar post the offline installer (run as administrator) with the cd of windows 8 inside you select your drive and then start installation!!that's what i did and it works!!!hope it helps:D
