I am trying to install 7, the hash is correct. I boot from cd,
it goes through everything ok until this comes up (see pic). i can't find ehat it is looking for or can go any further. Anyone have any ideas what this is looking for? and how to fix it.

Instead of downloading 1.7 GB WAIK

My DISM Tool can do the same thing.

    ok,
I dl from windows before I read this. Do I need to download Mr Jinje? Is it any easier than AIL from Microsoft because that did not make any sense and I could not use it. I am not and have never been a DOS guru, in fact hate it. I know it is the background of everything but that is whole nother thread. How do I get to where I need to be to get past this driver needed screen (.jpg)?
    Thanks,

I believe Mr Jinje's tool only requires a folder containing all driver....mount image, add drivers, commit changes, dismount image.... but probably Mr Jinje can fill in the details

I had this problem yesterday, your ISO is corrupted. Mine was like 300MB too small and I didn't even notice it, yet I was still able to burn it and it was still able to boot up and start the setup. But I got that exact same error message (just to specify, this was an official ISO downloaded from Microsoft). Check that the ISO is the right size, if not, redownload it. Then make sure it burns properly.

That fixed it! I burned the iso again at speed of 4X and it installed perfectly. I am on it right now. Now off to the activation ordeal. Thanks everyone for helping me on this.
