We usually add key/marker modules to the end because most bioses don't have them already, but I think they can be anywhere. Now with version 1.13 there's no need to release the modules. Use the original bios with the tool and it will keep the order the same. Thanks for adding that feature so quickly! I just tried it and it came out the same with the tool as when done manually, so it looks good!
