Try with Advanced Options > SSV3 Options > ACIPTBL at the End

I have the same problem with GA-X58A-UD7 rev.1.0.

error message reads "EXTBIOS.BIN failed extraction."

    Hello,
I hope you can help me.. In this nice thread I've learned much and so I tried to put a Slic 2.1 in the Bios of the Gigabyte Ga-880gma-ud2h rev 2.1 but it doesn't work.

I downloaded the Awardtool 1.37 from the link of this thread and I thought a nice Slic for a Gigabyte-Board would be a Gigabyte-SLIC.
    So I used as SLIC-File "Gigabyte[GBT-GBTUACPI-MSFT]2.1.BIN" and as Certificate I used "GIGABYTE-GBT-2.1.XRM-MS", as SLP-File I didn't put anything, Method is SSV3

After pushing "Go" there appears an Error: "Unable to perform an SSV3 mod as there is no EPA module"

What's my mistake? I hope you can help me and tell me how to use the Award Mod Tool:)
Thank you and have a nice evening..

Edit: I solved the problem by using Awardtool 1.52 but I have a question anyway:
    What's the difference between these .bin's: GBT.BIN; GBT[GBTUACPI_AWRD]2.1-4631F4D0.BIN; GBT-GBTUACPI.BIN; Gigabyte[GBT-GBTUACPI]2.1.BIN; Gigabyte[GBT-GBTUACPI-MSFT]2.1.BIN
and what's the difference between the Gigabyte-Certificates? Which .bin have i to combine with which certificate? Is it a problem, if i hadn't set a SLP-file?
    Please help me :)

Load your Modified BIOS in the SLIC tool and input the Certificate to see if it matches the .BIN you used.
And SLP is only needed for Windows XP Activation.

    Folks,

I am hugely busy with work and life atm. I do keep an eye on these threads but wont have much time to do anything for a little while.
