Did you install some sort of anti-virus program? That's not normal at all. Also, make sure you download/install updates and reboot.
Just came back to office and saw the messages that Windows need to get activated. That's for the Update to the latest build of the 64bit Enterprise TP! Done that using the TP PD-Key and that went well. The Update used an installation key which could not be used for activation.
I used esd-decrypter-v4c.7z and followed instructions. I picked #4 as it is said to be the most preferred method of making into an ISO. The results? And the size? 3.71 gb.
can I copy the esd file to the right folder and windows do it automatic if I do the check for update?
Hello Guys, How doing this update ? WIndows Update don't see them. Same thing if i go on the "Update and recovery" menu. NO updates are available. Thanks
I would suggest not to delete RecoveryImage if you are not short of HDD space, there's a full ESD(not encrypted) in it. Also there's a notepad file "DONOTREPLACE.txt" that says : ... I couldn't figure out what it actually means, don't have the time these days.
We're of like minds. No it does not. We're still experimenting with ways to block the telemetry and haven't fully tested things. smorgan has a thread for the telemetry efforts latest works. You can visit that thread if you want to keep up to speed.
Failed, with 0x80070032 I created the AppReadiness folder within the Windows directory (since doing so fixes a similar error with Windows Store), but it's still not happening. Since the failed installation, System Restore is now broken as well!
Is that the download error? Did you do that registry tweak to see pre-release builds? Because, you have to undo that tweak to download the latest build if you did. s1ave77 has a 4-line registry post in a few places that fixes that issue.
For me, yes, i have download error and do the registry tweak to see pre-release builds? I need to find how undo it... If anyone here have the reg in order to undo it
