Dell & PCWorld are the worse branded name company to avoid it! They sell rubbish junk pc/laptop! LOL Best way build your own PC and have Windows 10 Enterprise RTM x64!
I thought pcworld was a magazine..and the dell xps 13 is considered the best 13 inch windows laptop made by everybody who rates them.

I doubt he has any tangible source at the moment. Possibly, his statement is a publicity stunt to garner attention.
One more time...MS will NOT push out RTM two weeks before GA knowing full well it would be posted on every internet download site there is within an hour.
