New CVD/DVD and desktop.ini problem

    Whenever I insert a cd/dvd that never inserted to my computer before windows always try to write a desktop.ini file in files ready to write to disc

    it is by default the file doesn't write to the disk from what I know. I dont use the built in burning utility. It is because of the desktop.ini in the staging folder.

    is there a way to disable that?
