New install win7 ultimate x86

    Hi,
    I want to get a windows 7 32bit install in vmware done, but since win7 is out of date I find it difficult to find a suitable iso for install. I need the virtual install for some old ass programms and so on.

    Can someone point me to a working copy of Windows 7 Ultimate x86 Install iso ?
    + Lanuage Pack or something like this to install german as a display language ?
    + how to update the live install with latest released updates ?
