RTL = Retail HP = HomePremium RM=Release to Manufacturing Why Convenience Rollup is not integrated? Shouldn't give a cleaner and lighter image/ISO?
If you don't mind reset based (irreversable) telemetry updates and the used-up rearms (can be restored to 5 easily), they will work i would assume.
If we look at \efi, \boot and \sources folders, files have 2009 and 2010 year. They don't update that, and never tried to integrate nvme update (KB2990941). If Convenience Rollup is from march 2016, 2 years later why don't use it? 2 major updates absent. Silly and low quality work.
ISOs that require too much work to straighten out, that's what I see. Don't know about y'all but imma pass on these.
Are there any links to en_windows_8.1_enterprise_with_update_x64_dvd_6054382.iso? Or have we locked the red headed stepchild back in the basement? lol.
I tried replacing the build number and date to download this version, but it wouldn't download. Could be a brand new download link or MS has not made this available for download.
we all using the great Simplix Pack, so... am I right if I say there is NO NEED to use this "refreshed" Windows 7 ISO
I downloaded the NEW HP-x64 and Pro-x64 .iso's for curiosity... I noticed that the boot.wim on the HP edition was much bigger and NEWer than the boot.wim on the Pro edtiion... Since these NEW releases appear to be dedicated to HP, Pro and Ultimate etc, then why do they all have the traditional installl_Windows 7 HomeBasic / HomePremium / Professional / Ultimate .clg files? IMOP, these NEW releases are NOT ready for Prime Time and serve very little if any purpose... I will continue to use the original Windows 7 -x86 / -x64-SP1-X17-xxxxx .iso's with Simplix for any Windows 7 distributions I need...
