really baffled by this problem....has only started in past week, after this system has been operating for several months without a problem when I open outlook, and click on the receive/send button it does it thing.....if mail has been downloaded, the left pain highlights and shows how many items have not been viewed yet; but there are no new messages displayed in the inbox pane. If outlook has been running in the background, and mail has been downloaded, the icon in the taskbar area near the clock appears and says there is new unopened mail; but again the mail is not visible or accessible in the inbox pane. Any suggestions??
