The 1st and this latest oem slp keys are already shown prominently in an image beside bill g. in the wzor site. News indeed travels very fast. Ha...ha..
Why do I need this key if when I run the loader it doesn't even ask for it? Are keys only for users who installed SLIC onto their BIOS? or are keys for people who use 7 loader to emulate SLIC on their bios?
"The product key you have entered does not appear to be a valid Windows 7 product key. Please check your product key, and type it again." Using this on Windows 7 Ultimate RTM-WZT release. So frustrating trying to activate this install...
Well, if you just entered the key alone yeah it's gonna say invalid. OEM keys are suppose to be entered with SLIC2.1 in your BIOS and a valid certificate. So instead of messing around with lo*ders just request a BIOS mod.
I would like to thank you personally hazar for going ahead and possibly ruining a key that has been around for a little while now. A Quick google search exposes the key wide open... Enjoy it while it lasts.
@ Fire TBH that is irrelevant. Know why? Because the key has already been installed on retail Machines so if M$ goes ahead and blacklist yet another key there will be a big backlash from the legit users. The leveno key was leaked way too early that is why M$ said they were going to blacklist it. The Dell key is beyond that point of getting blacklisted. I have 100 bucks that say's M$ won't do anything, it's too late in the process for them to blacklist it.
I'm using my msdn keys but just am a little mad someone got excited and leaked the key when its been around and passed to certain people for 2-3 weeks now.
Yeah M$ is really going to blacklist a key that has been legitimately installed on MANY, MANY dell PCs by now and boxed up ready to ship.
