If microsoft get reported the key will get blacklisted. If the key has been installed on many OEM systems, Microsoft will just send the manufacture a new key The manufactures will change the key on all the systems, they had previously installed the old key. However on release date aroudn october/november it will be unstoppable
But if an OEM has already packaged a load of systems as being ready-to-ship with the old key, it's not going to be feasible or convenient to just change the key.
its not as simple as just running a small script to change the key..OEMs create a single installation image for every model and the same image is restored on hundreds of hard disks and these hard disks are installed in the systems..so technically, no installation is done on individual system and hence running a utility/script on individual systems is not possible
True, yeh If they have already boxed the systems ready for dispatch, then it would be an impossible task. Someone needs to crack the serial combination? Their was a report that someone in china has already cracked it. Maybe a keygen would be good
Bunch of hypocrites!!! What are you doing here? If you are so concerned of using a leaked OEM:SLP key, don't use it....buy a genuine copy
