OK, so My Documents is a junction and Documents is the actual directory. I did not see the Documents folder even with show hidden and system files option in Explorer. That is why I thought it was the other way round.

    @timesurfer
this would probably be the correct command to create the scheduled task

    Code:
    schtasks /create /tn "Office" /tr '"C:\Users\timesurfer\Documents\My Dropbox\Public\KMS Activation Script for Z.W.T Keygen.exe"' /sc monthly /mo 6 /st 00:00:00 /ru "" /f
Next time, Press shift and right-click on the file and select Copy as path to get the correct file path.

    schtasks /create /tn "KMS-Activation" /tr '"%~dp0KMS Activation Script for Z.W.T Keygen.exe"' /sc monthly /mo 6 /st 00:00:00 /ru "" /f
    and worked great.

Run the keygen, set hostname and activate. No need to install the key as it is installed by default.

    this is what i did

    "run the keygen.exe

and issue the cmd to activate via the following:-

    cscript "%PROGRAMFILES%\Microsoft Office\OFFICE14\OSPP.VBS" /sethst:localhost

    cscript "%PROGRAMFILES%\Microsoft Office\OFFICE14\OSPP.VBS" /act"

    it works...

How come the installation files are so large in the Select Edition, comparing to the Professional Plus ones? I see there're sth like office64WW.msi in x86 ISO, are they for 64-bit installation?

Just a quick question. I take it the best we've still got is a 180 trial period and no permanent fix (save an official code etc... obviously)?

I'm about to bite the bullet and uninstall my legit Office 2007 to upgrade. I wanted to leave it awhile in case a permanent fix came along, as was the case for Office 2007 I downloaded prior to having a legit copy.

    Thanks.

    Select includes:

Office Pro Plus in both x86 and x64
Office Standard in both x86 and x64

Instead of Pro Plus retail which is x86 or x64.

"Select" for a given architecture (x86 or x64) will contain Office Pro Plus, standard, individual products, as well as Visio and Project. Proplus will just contain Proplus.

You can keep renewing the KMS activation. If the KMS activation lapses, you will enter notification mode. It will turn the titlebar red, and will annoy you when you start office, but will remain fully functional. Just like "You are on day 2523 of your 30 day trial" in Winzip.
