New to AT@T's home security system

    My security system was installed Saturday. Sunday I logged into my phone and and live feeds are black with a message stating low bandwidth. I called support and they changed the network channel to 8 and rebooted the system. After 30 minutes of upgrades everything was working fine. This morning I woke up and it's the same problem all over. Why is this happening?

    Also I've noticed the video clips are available in devices > camera > archive. When I open the archive they are all there and available in grid or list format but they are all grey (no image) for the video clip.

    Finally all video clips played back are very small and when I rotate my samsung galaxy S6 edge+ the video will not rotate and play in a larger view nor can I zoom in on the video clips.

    I this just the way it is? If it is I am disapointed.

    Completely the wrong forum and you haven't given any information on model for your cameras or recording station.

    But no, your security system shouldn't be doing that, do you think a corporation would let their cameras be faulty, no. So why should yours be any different.
