newbie question

    I'm a big newbie because i don't understand why flash the bios ?

    If i don't flash bios can i use the certificat like asus (i have an Asus P5E) and put the OEM SLP key ?

    if i have wrong, what i have to do ?

    1 - SLMGR.VBS -ilc certificate.XRM-MS
    2 - SLMGR.VBS -ipk <OEM_PRODUCT_KEY>

    That's all or i have to change my bios with a modded bios ?
