    It likely just means they are prepping for the fact that once the preview is released, all new drivers will need to be certified as working with Windows 8 in order to get logo certification. They did the same thing with Windows 7.

    It was the original link on the bing page for windows 8 which is now down... just waiting till its live

    I would imagine Sinofsky is a little stressed right now, working on getting the best from whatever build they choose as Consumer Preview!

    He probably renamed a .txt file to the name posted by canouna. He shows no file propertys or even the file size.
