No leak from me. I spent quite a long time trying to copy the apps from 8102 into both 8148 and 8130, and I managed to get the tiles working, but they don't launch the apps, so they're pretty much useless. I copied every file related to the apps that I found (I looked through many, many folders both manually and with search), and used "Metro UI Tweaker" to add the tiles to the Start screen, but I was stuck after that. The files for the tiles are basically shortcuts to nothing. That's why I want the store, I could just download the apps instead of spending hours trying to copy them.
you need to use PowerShell to install apps, or InstallAppX if it still presents and usable (which I doubt).
Interesting information again, I'll just wait for the beta. Why do you need to copy the apps from 8102? Aren't they included with 8148? I don't think the WDP Store will work since it does nothing but automatically load the picture saying it's unavaliable.
The metro apps are only in 8102. Only IE, Store, Control Panel, Desktop, and Remote Desktop (and of course the desktop apps) are included with other builds. The WDP Store is just an image, but on other builds, you get a error that tells you to check your internet connection instead.
I just don't know if i'll install or even try the beta. It has to be different from WDP (feature wise) or I won't even bother
