    Why do you care so much about the voting? We all know it will work out at 8200 anyway...

    Even if we do know about the voting, it isn't going to leak.

    There isn't much to say right now. So, the thread is dead. I think we all are in a "holding pattern" waiting for news on the final build string of the beta, word that the voting is done, and of course whether or not a leak will come in the next few days.

    When the roadmap goes on RC, there will be dead this thread, read the title, unless somebody change it :p
    But I thank Canouna and a few others that tell us what they can (or want)
    And I'm not waiting a leak now because I see nobody wants to share :(

    3. Install
    4. You'll notice that it's called "DEVELOPER PREVIEW" but
    go online using the WINDOWS UPDATER and run an update
    and then the updated system will become a RELEASE CANDIDATE
    5. Enjoy this early release preview

    Actually, this is a "hoax"
    not real upload by lz0.

    no checksums were posted in the nfo

    Also, the checksums match the x86 WDP iso.

    No, I am not going to change this thread to RC thread, it is getting too big. Maybe a mod or some other member would start another RC thread at the appropriate time. :biggrin5:

    A question for canouna:

    Using the recimg.exe tool creates a refresh image of the pc 'install.wim'...

    Can I integrate that 'install.wim' into the WDP iso so that everytime I install Windows 8, my custom image is installed?

    NOTE: I created the 'install.wim' using recimg.exe. A 2.93 GB file was created. But, when I open the file using PowerISO, it gives an error. Even 7zip was unable to open the image. Is it because the recimg.exe tool is in a very early stage in WDP so that it creates a faulty 'install.wim' or is it something to do with image registration for refresh? (MS said that the image is created by recimg.exe and is registered to be used as a refresh image)

    @Canouna: I have a question to Storage Spaces: If I make a storage pool with two usb-harddisks and use striping, does the speed increase?
