    I can seem to find Cortana in that build 9834. That means it is not expected to be coming soon to Windows 9.

    since Cortana is not available outside the US atm, I believe that it will show up later when it is deployed all over the windows 8.1 phones worldwide

    Cortana is actually one of their "special feature" & I don't think the technical preview will have it (it may be hidden in the build).... I guess, we would have to wait till beta to actually see & use Cortana in Windows 9

    I would be a bit surprised if Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 would extend the availability of Cortana and Windows-9 would not have it at all.

    Poor Brad still couldn't get over somebody said bad things about Neowin, that's why he registered in MDL in the first place. :popcorn:

    btw, the feedback needs "insider program", hopefully they open up winpanel again, I don't need the keys, but would like to have another set of win9DVD. :p
