One would hope and we can place a big huge foobar and ps icon. Wonder what the all appz screenshot look like? Do the tiles grown like metro did every time you install something? I see a screen shot of the store, have never gone there but that must be exciting. Regards Edit: screens seem to show ribbon gone on file explorer, maybe not active or remove? I just got used to using it.
I know things can change between now and release, but judging by those screen shots and recent reports IMO it won't be called Windows 9 or Threshold, but simply Windows. Again, IMO, that start menu looks absolute s**te!!
It says 'Windows Technical preview' without the number 9. That gets me wondering if this is actually the Windows 9 we are expecting in 2015. Perhaps the reason they didn't border to add the number 9 could be because it is a Technical Preview meant for developer who can figure things out by themselves. Remember this is not meant for consumers or for touchscreen and tablets, this is for desktop users only. Not until I see the metro tiles meant for touch system I am going to keep my fingers crossed. However, I am still basking in euphoria that I have seen the leak before the release date on September 30th 2014. I still reserve some of my disagreements on the branding of this latest version of Windows. The old tradition of nomenclature can't just die prematurely because it is not going to be easy to differentiate the versions without the numbers in the future, excepting if this is going to be the last standalone OS.
Hey guys look at this youtube.com/watch?v=--wgAsHWNRE It shows some of this features for leaked screenshots about technical preview in a video
Okay! I will. Do you see there is a Zspartan game included on the Start Menu of the Technical Preview? It looks like a default game to me. I maybe wrong though. Who knows if it is not a default game?

I really don't get why they have localized builds of pre-release software. IMO it should all be english until official beta begins. This way we don't have to put up with leaks that are riddled with hiroglyphics
Well, ask yourself what would be easier - Translating as you go, or Translating it all after. You will also end up with more errors to do with language if you don't translate as you go. With a smaller application, you can go both ways, but with something as big as Windows, well... It makes sense.
Yeah true, although it would be funny to see a Windows release with as broken of a translation as an ASUS motherboard manual
Or some cheap toys you get at Dollar Stores... I used a couple of little fans from a Dollar store to cool a Computer once... It worked as long as you had a supply of batteries.
