    It seems to scale better now when I launch Google Chrome on Windows 8 mode, by clicking on the wrench icon and click on 'Relaunch on Windows 8 mode'. That did the trick on the 11-inch screen size.

    That has been there for quite some time, it's the same feature you'll find in Office 16, but other than that the 2 are unrelated.
