    I submit to you that Someone Somewhere has a Copy of the ISO, but their Upload Speed is too Abysmal to Upload it.

    That is one issue I see,
    plus WHAT is released, Consumer/Enterprise Preview
    and the other main deal I think will be if 9 is, or isn't, free for 8/7/XP/etc. users.

    I'm feeling a bit iffy on this release given its going to be cloud dependent more so than windows 8.
