Why can't Microsoft hire someone who knows about color scheme. Why does their color scheme so freaking ugly? The Explorer is just so ugly. I mean the whole Windows Desktop theme are so ugly. I have to use the UltraUXThemePatcher to make it look a bit nicer. One thing I like so far is that they got rid of the borders on minimize Explorer and all the apps.
DiLshad Sys is a well known modder specialized in the next versions of Windows. it's only cosmetic and the idea is quite stupid but there is no malware in his releases.
I would say I'm sorry but I'm not. That is indeed a skinned copy of Windows 8.1 as its in the German time zone that means the date is flipped making it 4/10/2014. Also due to the fact that Microsoft started development a bit late because of the mess called Windows 8 (Also 8.1) there really is no reason that is indeed a copy of Windows Threshold. I'm not calling it Windows 9 as the proper naming of it is probably Windows TH. I would not call that modding either as he just applied a skin and changed the images in the dlls to look different. Modding is changing aspects of the OS so that they serve other functions. When you can skin away the ugly task manager in Windows 8 then you can call it modding.
