Yes it is. Not sure if you've just edited the original screenshot to align the icons, but I have the same unaligned 3 icons on my windows 8.1 install. I'm not saying the screenshot is genuine because of that, only that's indeed normal.
I don't care about photo-shopping, what my friend said was "the watermark is fake". I couldn't say what's wrong, the builds(especially winmain's) are infested with booby traps, so no MS guy would speak about them, not even build nos or build tags.
Wouldn't someone have to know details about one booby trap to know that there are 1 or more booby traps .... Or was there an announcement at MS saying the builds are booby traded don't share them ?
