Cause Microsoft has their company all over the world and the other countries have to develop there languages and other stuff that only the Microsoft in America can approve of.
Interesting to know if Windows 8.1 Update 2 will have change we can see in start screen or desktop, like turn off button in start screen in Update 1 and start button in Windows 8.1.
To be honest, I highly doubt much going to find it's way out of the Redmond gates from now on given the recent chain of events. Since 2007 things have gradually being getting locked down tighter to point that's its near enough impossible to slip things out, especially from the Windows build labs. As of July 1st they have started limiting internal corporate network access for contract workers, and have laid off the entire testing divisions of Windows. Sadly, Microsoft aren't open about the development and happenings of Windows as they once were, especially back in the days of Longhorn and Windows Vista.
Wow! It seems much had been revealed in the past and there is need for Microsoft to do a thorough check on those sneaking up on the Windows development and secure every loophole. However, I think that is the best way to go when an operating system is not open-source. P.S: I like your PC. What software did you use to overclock it?
