You don't need to be sorry. You just have to be careful reading 'news'. There are people like you who are taking their time to inform others (who have a good will). And there are people posting fake picures and useless crap any time when a new 'update' of windows is expected. MDL is usually known to have real informations, but that seems to be hard to realize when it comes to windows releases. A way for the future could be to move away the focus from windows, generally.
So what is fit to the thread that nothing can be fake? yet everything cannot be decided. I am a chinese too.Haha
I think Microsoft doesn't need to narrow down Windows to the Single core NT for it to be a huge success. It's basically right for it to build on previous successes to have Threshold on the lead in the coming years. This present approach is going to complicate things than expected. I am optimistic there is a way to get around the store issues with the three different platforms by the Windows developers' team though.
Yes MDL is a good resource. If you care about the next windows release than read this tread from the start and decide yourself . Or ask yourself if you care about M$ next release. Heck even Foobar, MPC-HC, PS, ACad, VDubmod etc. have been workable for awhile. I have ribbons, better taskman gui, quicker boot, big Fn icons and can go shopping at M$. We have had dwnld options forever and shopping well can't do that online yet . OS should be background, quick and as minimal as possible, apps add your functionally. Regards
It does not matter. What really matters is if someone has a build and whether or not they can share it. We are very skeptical of people who cannot share it. It is really easy to make a fake screenshot or 20. We can do it with regedit and mspaint. Honestly I don't even think I would believe a video. It's too easy to mod windows with a start menu mod, change build number in registry, and slap a fake desktop background that has the NDA watermark. I am just not a gullible person. If I can download something and test it for myself; that's different.
Rumors are flying inside MS and rumor about "2nd wave" is scaring the sh*t out of everybody, I guess there won't be legit pics in the near future, let alone leak builds. MS might show off something near end 2014, nothing could be sure ATM.
I tried to get a copy of the last build from MS with my MSDN account and was told that I don't quaify for Windows 9 That sucks, I did for Windows XP x64, Vista, Windows 7 pro and for Windows 8. I left them a message to see if I can upgrade my account so I do but I have not gotten any response back yet. Will let you all know what they say. Just to let all here know. I am able to upgrade my account at MS MSDN to get Windows 9 builds. I must also agree to there disclaimer of not sharing any pre-release software. But there is nothing in the disclaimer about talking about the software or even show screen shots. So once they approve me to download Windows 9, I will share here the info about it. The cost of the upgrade is high. $ 1500.00 increase.
