Did not say it was on MS Partner Program. I said it was from MSDN. Any how there is no start menu in this build if anyone wants to know and as far as I have found with the very little I have check since I do work and dont play with my PC's until the end of my day I have found very little differance between update 1 and update 2. Will post later tonight what I have found.

To add one or more things to what you've said, it is clear this thread is mainly about Windows 9. The updates leading to it has to be discussed in other to have better understanding of what to expect.
We used to see it as imaginary number and just accept it as 22/7 rather than in decimal point in primary school.
Some of us need good information on this update 2. I don't think explanation without straight forwardness is helping matter, looking at what you have presented to us so far. I for one would be very glad to be abreast of the update 2 from somebody I can take as a trusted source in a on-line community like this one. Trust really matters in this case but not expedient. I think you need to communicated to us better what your intention is. Your initial posts were very convincing. Although, I still have my doubts on how the Windows 8.1 update 2 is going to look like from information I have collated around the webs there still need to communicate with people who have the same interest MDL.
Indeed, we ourselves have created an expectation, and then are disappointed with the expectation created is the human being has no way!
LOL, when I started this thread I thought somebody(inclduing WZor) would leak Update2 soon, and then some MDL member would start another thread on it. Tks Yen for the explanations of MDL policies, like I said, I just couldn't care less for haters, let alone to make a response, personally I think haters are pathetic. @murphy, AFAIK. and like I posted before, MSDN do not provide the things like what maddog suggested, period. I had tried politely to request him to start another thread, because if he posts here, I'll need to read all of it and I'd hate to waste my time. ..... btw, no comment on other member's attitudes, it's none of my business.
