you obviously did not read MS statement about that update. There never will be any leak for it as it was before. It will be a simple update as every month on patch Tuesday edit: where are you from? Here on planet earth where I live, a week counts 7 days and August 12 is as close as 6 days from now

Nah, I'm not saying this is how Charm bar will look or something. Just wanted to note, that before yesterdays announcement there weren't any notable rumors about Threshold, just a speculations about Start menu and after announcement, news and rumors are flowing freely.
to me it looks like new noise since alleged update 2 is not gonna happen as was supposed to for many weeks. Rumor mill is loaded with next stuff like W9 or Threshold whatever
