Windows XP or Vista doesn't have modern UI. I agree with you the desktop can have the Windows XP or Vista kind of interface but the touch-based systems can have the modern UI for aesthetic and other reasons.

 

So much for the expectations only to be told it's going to be like the general update received through Windows Update. I am dumbfounded by the fact that it is mainly about touchpad, Miracast and Oneshare Point Online. I would say, ironically, it is worth the wait.

Indeed, name changes can easily be done, I'm sure they would allow you to change your username.
