Indeed, name changes can easily be done, I'm sure they would allow you to change your username.

Sounds suspicious that someone who runs their own forum would ask questions like this

 

is your old acc deleted already? If so then I'm not positive if they can take it out of the bin again but I know for sure that account name can be changed in vBull

Well if you must know, a content management system (CMS) is somewhat different from the likes of vBulletin, IP.Board and more. With Drupal CMS, you cannot undelete a deleted account. Since Drupal is not forum software, I wouldn't know whether forums can undelete accounts.

CMS and Forum software are different.
