    Stop posting "news" from Softpedia, they're getting the info from here (mostly). They're just amateurs.

    If you make a "credible" post about Windows 9 here you're definitely see it there in a few hours.

    Correct also not the full taskbar and could just be windows 8 or something with 8.1 .. bs if you ask me .. until i see build number and more info taking it as a pinch of salt ..

    It's not going to leak until at least 4 UTC time / 5 GMT After this expect to wait 2+ hours. I would bet tonight at 6/7 UTC (7/8GMT) Chances are ALL LANGUAGES will leak also not just Russian.

    Depending on who leaks it will depend on what language is leaked first though. If its the Russians leaking expect them to share the Russian language first (and in x64)
