    Not worse then my 1 day 3 hours which went down from 5 days 2 hours

    your speed is not bad almost 300kbs, give it a few minutes it will probably increase I see you are only at 4.3 % in that photo

    I think perfect solution is mega.Someone upload these files to mega then i add to my account and post the links,speed will be faster than torrent.

    No. My max speed is 1.5MB/s but in day it's just around 300-400. It's having problem and I'm blaming to service center

    With a torrent program like utorrent copy the magnet link and open torrent program and paste into add torrent from url (File add torrent from URL)
