    That was the same last year:We all had W8 RTM with some time before official launch.MS will drop RTM in the air (I mean on the Internet),just to see how the ppl reacts and to test etc....for the future updates,fixes and more.

    Windows 8 RTM leaked a few days after it was signed off.

    Yep, there are 168 hours in a week, about 7 weeks until Public release, that leaves about 1176 hours

    So I agree, it is just a matter of hours

    Well its got to drop soon, before the 18th anyway because OEM's need time to fill their machines with it and bloatware. Expecting tonight and tomorrow latest. OEM's will get it by 1st Sep anyway so worst case is we wait till then its only a few days away.
