Well Paul Thurrott looked to be getting excited at something about MSDN yesterday. But it seems he's hushed a little but since
I am sure Microsoft's Announcement next week about the RTM'ed of W8.1 will address this MSDN/Technet thing just like W8 Announcement had done meanwhile OEM's are our hope but based on past leaks of W8.1, we will have to wait for couple of weeks to get that build but maybe we don't have to wait this time because it is RTM.
Not exactly, 9471 has BSOD issues when used in a video editing environment working with HD footage and rendering animations with Adobe After Effects. It did work pretty good as a "internet cruiser" when IE11 was not freezing up.
They all have bugs....I'm sure the RTM will have some issues as well but at least be more stable than 9471 was for me. I did push the operating system and my system hard while rendering out of After Effects and about 8 out of 10 times I would get Memory Management BSOD issues and not the same Memory Management issues others were having as well using overclocking tools etc. But they are Previews and Betas so I guess that is what you get.
People are looking out for Windows 8.1 like they're waiting for their next drug fix need to take a chill pill.... When it leaks, it'll be out in the wild forever. Go outside away from your computer or device and just take a walk or play with your kids (If you have any of course)
If MSDN is not going to get it early, it means MS doesn't want the RTM to go public early, the OEM's will surely get the message. The guy who leaked 9477 removed his link 20 mins after he posted it and was silent ever since, it simply scared the sh*t out of everybody. I don't mean there won't be leaks, things do happen, just don't give too much high hopes ATM, that's all.
was wondering wtf is wrong in Steve Ballmer's head? it's just a fxxking RTM, not some top secret s**t, isn't it? come on, MS!
