Yeah i know even with the latest leaked Windows 8.1 Build 9477 there not even been a English version come out yet just mod ones over chinese stuff .. What i'm getting at is this a sign more to come from MS with restrictions...

You would have thought the English ver would have been leaked by now if by no one by MS themselves so they don't have to laugh at all the people trying to get an eng ver out of the chineses leak lol.

 

Yup i know even Chinese site's are following stuff ? we have already reported on here i can see a big F**K YOU coming from them soon with this RTM build and leaving it to the last minute and saying to OEM makers we have given you the latest version of win 8.1 make do with that due to leaks happening on the course of making Windows 8.1 ...
