That would be great if it were English, maybe our Chinese friends had to mod it for themselves this time. Personally, I do not want any modded version of a FREE upgrade.
Well there has to be something up with it no way would that many apps be in English in the real RTM. As MrMagic said 9477 that was Chinese and not the RTM but very close to it even had all apps in Chinese. Something is going on here..

The message beside the scales: "NO WZOR" or if you prefer: "WZOR out of stock" And supposedly selling RTM as can be seen on the back
No one knows, only win8china at the moment. Anyway there is more chance for something to leak than to not so it will leak and leak soon.
Hopefully we will have it soon, This is starting to remind me of when I was running a hackintosh and spending way to much time on insanely mac waiting for the latest OSX release.
