    If you read hxxp://blogs.windows.com/windows/b/bloggingwindows/archive/2013/08/27/readying-windows-8-1-for-release.aspx then you will notice that it will not hit MSDN before GA date.

    Go back to last year: Windows 8 is released on 15/8/2012 and in same day is uploaded on MSDN/Technet. In this year, on MSDN/Technet 8.1 will be uploaded on 18/10/2013 and RTM will be released soon (maybe today :druff:)
