Well see it from a positive side. A Chinese guy got his/her hands on 8.1 RTM. This means some people got their hands on the English one too. Maybe even the same person who first is doing his/her own country a favor and is now working on the English one.. who knows..

Well, unfortunately, my ISP provides "100/10"-like speeds so my download is 2.4MB/s and upload is 240KB/s, enjoy your 4 hours of boredom until it uploads
