    BTW: Short way to language settings (works in every locale) via CMD by entering lpksetup :smartass:.

    Windows 8.1 en-us lp.cab download link please ... so we can integrate my self to windows 8.1 chiness leaked image... to save download time... or how integrate lp.cab from win 8.1 preview to win 8.1 rtm ... i was try but still error ...:p:confused::rolleyes:

    i extract zip to iso using winrar
    now how can i do to mount image?, because i try but nothing

    Same happened on 9477, but after the official Language Packs are released it's possible to get rid of this one?(to install the original one) :D

    If here applies same procedure as for Win 8, there won´t be an en-US lp.cab. For Win 8 it´s only offered through Update Channel via System Pane. Thought myself likewise it would work offline via DISM.

    No way to integrate the Preview lp file without frankenbuilding.

    Please can you show more screenshots, like the control panel and program & features, also does the WinKey+X menu come up in English ok.

    You seriously don't know how to extract the files from an iso?

    i trying make a iso with "power iso"

    I have install this one
    Microsoft Windows 8.1 Enterprise 6.3.9600 x64 CN-EN-RU - Torrent

    and change pc settings is not working please help

    a lot of stuff doesn't work on it
    I can't run registry editor
    I can't run MTK activation just to see how it goes
    personalization page doesn't load for me

    It's a decent start but needs work still.
