I've heard that IE9 won't be released for XP. Is this true?

For some this would be a reason to upgrade to Win7.

I can think of several excellent reasons to upgrade from XP to Windows 7, but doing so in order to have IE9 is a pretty lame one in my view.

My problem is even better... every time i load up IE and try to browse the internet, it asks me to reconnect... even if I'm connected, and if i click on Cancel, goes OFFLINE! No such problems with either FF/Opera.

Internet Explorer ought to be OFFLINE explorer... LOL
