hi i have packard bell laptop which has insyde bios and designed for xp. i opened my bios with phoenix bios tool and it said there is 2.0 marker and successfully matched my bios with nec 2.0 (xmr-ms) certificate. after that i opened the rewrite everything and acpii table, there is no slic in my bios. my question is can i activate vista using certificate and oem slp key? (i added screenshots)
No, you cannot. Look around for a mod of your bios, it may already be posted on the forum. Otherwise request for a bios mod at the correct place.
