    Hi everyone,
I want to make a customized Windows 10 image for my personal use, I used Sysprep and a virtual machine to customize Windows "online" and I've chosen to manually copy the temporary "Administrator" user to "Default" user (because I can't get the CopyProfile method working).

Everything works very well excepted one thing : when a new user is created, personal folders (music, desktop, videos, download, etc.) are not localized to my language and their names are the raw English name (there are no desktop.ini files created). I don't want to add desktop.ini files into each Default personal folder because it's a patch that doesn't fix the source of the real problem, and it's not enough clean for me.

I guess I've overwritten or created an element in the registry hive of Default user (C:\Users\Default\NTUSER.DAT) that has disabled the localization process started when a new user is created. I've looked for some pertinent keys, but it was a fail.

Anyone knows how to repair this accidentally disabled function? Thank you!
